Jurisdiction & Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute related to our insight analytics or site usage, both parties agree to first seek informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City.
InsightCortexa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant shifts in governance will be indicated by a revision of the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the refined framework.
